  Drove 20 minutes and arrived at 3:35 based on website stating open until 4 pm. The open sign is up and the nurse comes out and says they are not taking any more appointments for the day. I told her if that’s the case then why not put on website that the last appointment is taken at 3:30 pm. My 15 year old had a bladder infection/UTI, it would have literally taken minutes to see her and write script. Horrible customer service and absolutely no empathy by staff. Walgreens should note on website to arrive before 3:30 if you want to be seen because stating open until 4 pm on Sunday is obviously not the case.
