  They took a while to get back to me when I called but that is because I called during peak season. They arrived with in 2 minuets of when they said they would be there. They used tarps over my carpets and didn't leave a spec of dust when they were done. Their service was quick and great. The guy that came to my house was friendly and answered all my questions. The price was the same as I was quoted at other chimney companies. I will be calling them again. If they had someone answer the phone when I called instead of having to leave a message they would get 5 stars.
