  Called to have someone come out for an estimate to fix my gate that had ripped off during the spring wind storm. After having to call them again to see if someone was coming out for the estimate, they scheduled to have someone the next day. Individual shows up per scheduled time, measure and assure me that they would email an estimate the next day and that they were willing to fix it. I called two days later to follow up on said promise to send estimate and got the excuse that they were busy and that he would get me the estimate tomorrow... That never came. Poor communication and waste of time with false promises.

  I called to make an appointment for an estimate on Friday, May 19th, and nobody showed up at the scheduled time. I called back to tell them that nobody showed up, and someone called the next morning and asked if they could come by at 1:00 p.m. that day (Saturday). I agreed, and sat around home waiting on them again. They did show up for this appointment and I was asked to provide some information via email, which I did that same day, and followed up again with further information on Monday, May 22nd. I was told on the day the estimator came out that he would email me an estimate. On Monday, it will be one month since they came out to look at my yard, and I still have not received an estimate. I admit, my job is small, only about 47 feet of fencing, but if they weren't interested in doing such a small job, it would have been way more professional to have just said that, rather than wasting my time and blowing me off. I would never call them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone looking for a professional company to install their fence. From what I've seen on the other reviews here, this seems to be a common theme with them. If this site would allow me to give negative stars or none, trust me, I would have.

  This company doesn't seem to want people's business. Called for estimate and never got a response. Avoid this place if you don't want to waste your time.
