  We purchased our hardwood and tile flooring here for our new house in September. While delivering and installing the products, they put marks on our newly painted walls and ceilings and didn't install the flooring all the way to the walls to be covered by my boards. Now we've had to buy thicker boards to cover the gaps. It's now almost May, I've contacted them several times with minimal results. Their products are beautiful. Their services not so good

  The wife and I have been in to the store a handful of times to look for ideas for tiling and carpet. Chris and the rest of the staff there were patient and very helpful in every way possible. We ended up ordering carpet and the process was seamless. The installer was friendly and professional. They were on time with everything they promised. When we decide to carpet the rest of the house we will be going back!
