  Really polite staff, offering fitting service and repairs. Repairs is pretty cool. My issue with the store is the same issue I have with most retail now. They don't have things in stock. I found a pair of boots that I really liked, and they didn't have them in stock in my size. In fact they didn't stock anything similar in my size that I could even try. That size, 10 wide, shouldn't be an uncommon thing for a dedicated shoe store. This is the Red Wing Store and I couldn't get the boots I wanted there. They informed me a store 47 miles away had them and that they could get them in 1.5-2 weeks. This is, sadly, why brick and mortar stores are losing out to the internet.
