  I wouldn't know how Dr. Scianna is with his patients because I canceled my second appointment due to the front desk lady named Donna. She made assumptions of where I received my C-PAP machine and said that I needed a compliance form in order to have the doctor change the air pressure setting on it. Instead of asking if it was paid off and if I owned the machine or where I initially got it from, she assumed that I received it from Lehan's Pharmacy on 4th street in DeKalb. The staff at Lehan's had no idea what the compliance form was and all other doctors that I have talked to have never heard of this form. For her to make assumptions about where I received my C-PAP machine puts my life at risk and continues my sleep deprivation which affects my daily life. I was not able to see Dr. Scianna with my first appointment because of her not asking the correct questions concerning my machine and asking for a form that no one else seems to know about.
  
  In addition, when I spoke with her face to face, she claimed that because Dr. Scianna is a physician that he knew my body and my machine better than me. I do not understand how a man who has never met me somehow knows my body better than I do. It was a brash statement that never should have been said.
  
  She was unprofessional with me and gave me attitude both in person and on the phone. When I requested to talk to Dr. Scianna over the phone to submit a complaint of her assumptions concerning my particular case, she claimed that because of "legal reasons" he wasn't able to talk to me. Donna further said that even if I were to come in person and try to talk to the doctor for a couple of minutes, that he still wouldn't talk to me because of not being a patient despite my appointments already set with him.
  
  If the front desk lady can't professionally and politely handle customers and inform patients with correct information it only reflects the doctors ability to do the same. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
