  We got tokens for free cones at a local expo. Ordered them for my kids and then a sundae for myself. The sundae cost $3.50. They charged me $5.17. When I mentioned that that seemed off, they assured me that the sundae was $3.50, but the whipped cream and nuts were extra. She had asked me if I wanted the whipped cream and nuts; I actually don't normally get either on a sundae but I was in an agreeable mood and since she DIDN'T say it would be extra, I assumed she was just verifying because many people have a problem with one or both. I wasn't going to argue further, but even IF the whipped cream and nuts were extra, how much extra could they possibly be? Even with 10% tax, that's over $1 extra for things that are generally considered standard on a sundae! And the sundae, when it came, had very miserly amounts of toppings (apart from too MUCH whipped cream) to boot! We were the only customers and there were three staff visible and the girl who rang us up had to keep consulting another girl; service was poor, to say the least, and outright dishonest at worst. Extremely dissatisfied and highly unlikely to go back; IF I do, I will be VERY careful about my order and probably stick only to cones.
